Arch Street Development LLC was featured in Preservation Massachusetts' May 2011 Economic Update that focused on the stimulus
provided by the Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit. From 2004 to 2008, $74MM in state historic tax credits leveraged
close to $1 billion in private investment for the state of Massachusetts. Arch Street's Clark Biscuit Apartments utilized $1.9MM
in state historic tax credits to help fund the $12.5 MM rehabilitation of a vacant mill building in downtown North Adams. A full
